Job Description

As a Paralegal, you’ll support legal case preparation by coordinating with clients and professionals, collecting and reviewing evidence, and ensuring smooth administration across legal processes. You’ll play a key role in keeping documentation accurate, communication clear, and clients supported from start to finish.

Our client is a niche law firm with over 30 years of proven experience in evaluating claims with insurance companies in Australia. Known for their structured legal processes and client-focused approach, they work alongside professionals across the industry to support claim preparation with accuracy, empathy, and strong attention to detail. Your Daily Tasks

• Communicate with clients to prepare evidence
• Gather and sort evidence and review documentation
• Handle administration related to legal processes
• Liaise with other professionals including insurance companies, lawyers, doctors, and their staff
• Coordinate clients at appointments with specialists

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Able to interact with clients/people of all levels
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Patience and listening skills, and the earned trust of the client to provide whatever documentation is necessary
• Strong customer service mindset to leave customers satisfied
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Exceptionally strong organizational and time-management skills
• Preferably with a background in law, prior experience in a law firm, or previous customer service experience in the western market
• Prior leadership experience preferred
